An exciting opportunity has arisen for Chief Executive to join the organisation, which prides itself on it’s values of Empathy & Compassion, Respect for the individual, Integrity, Creativity & Innovation.
Reporting directly to the board, this is a challenging role that involves day to day management of the organisation. Key duties are wide ranging and include business strategy and planning, financial control/budgeting, operational management (care facilities), fundraising/ government lobbying, property maintenance, staff leadership, and board / key stakeholder reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential to allow the establishment of effective working relationships, both within and outside the organisation.
To meet the challenges of this unique role, candidates will have a proven track record of general management. This includes extensive experience in coping with a wide range of different duties. An effective hands-on leadership style, strong business acumen and a positive contributory attitude are required, together with a demonstrated respect for the Ethos of the organisation and its values and principles.
